Tahir is a recipient of the Green Globe Achievement Award, World Wide Fund for Nature Award and a Gold Medal for Promotion of Tourism from the Government of Balochistan.
Asad Adam Khan

Asad holds a Business Management Honours degree from Dublin Business School.
He gained an extensive amount of learning in managing our project with Bar-B-Q Tonight in Rawalpindi. In close affiliation with his team, Asad is responsible for developing and implementing strategic development plans along with providing the necessary leadership that makes Envolve a multi-talented team with a vibrant future.
Tanya Adam Khan
Director Human Resource
Tanya obtained her Bachelors in Hotel Management and Business Administration from Shannon College of Hotel Management (Ireland) in 2003.
She has since gained experience from conducting our training programme with Habib Bank Limited and being the cofounder of our sister concern, The Elbow Room, which has successfully expanded to 10 cafes and restaurants across 3 cities in the past decade.
Danyal Adam Khan
Director Business Development
Danyal holds a degree in Economics & Management from the University of London and has four years of experience working in the Pakistani media on various platfroms with organisations like Sharmeen Obaid Chinoy Films, The Express Tribune and the Dawn Media Group.
In his multi-faceted role at Envolve, Danyal oversees all media and public relations, alongside managing client relationships, liaising with strategic partners and recognizing and pursuing new opportunities.
Syed Osama Mahmud
Osama is a young lawyer and entrepreneur who has worked closely with The Elbow Room and Envolve on various projects throughout Pakistan’s metropolitan cities, including setting up cafe units and our training programme at Shell Pakistan Limited.
At Envolve, he is known for taking a hands-on approach and serves as an integral bridge between the management and trainers. Osama is responsible for overseeing most of the daily operations of our company and all training projects that we are associated with.
Over the course of his education at Shannon College of Hotel Management in Ireland, Shehzad underwent training at several renowned hotels and resorts, such as Dromoland Castle, Radisson SAS Hotel, Limerick Ryan Hotel, Castletroy Park Hotel and the Fitzpatrick Castle Hotel.
Upon his graduation in 2003, he worked as a training manager at the Grand Hotel Malahide and the Thunder Road Cafe at Temple Bar.
After returning to Pakistan, Shehzad set up Envolve's sister concern by the name of The Elbow Room. The first branch of this fine-dining restaurant opened up in 2007, after which it has expanded to 10 outlets in three cities, along with baking and catering initiatives.
At Envolve, Shehzad is responsible for planning and implementing all marketing activities, generating pitches and sales, forecasting and analysing industry trends.
Director Public Relations
Sadia Bukhari has years of professional experience in coordinating a workspace environment. With most of her background in the education sector, she has served as Principal at Roots International Schools in Islamabad. Sadia has also worked as an Advising Counselor at Al-Nahda International Schools in the UAE and as Student Affairs Coordinator at York University, Canada, among many other coordinative and administrative roles.
At Envolve, Sadia’s position as Director Public Relations puts her at the forefront of most interaction with clients. Her role includes establishing relations with our valued business partners, maintaining channels of communication and ensuring that the goals of all stakeholders are met.
Mujtaba Jafarey has over 25 years of global diverse professional experience in the oil and gas industries; and has held senior positions at multinational companies including Global Energy Holding, Byco Petroleum Pakistan ltd, Total Oil Asia Pacific Pte Ltd, Singapore, and Shell Pakistan Limited.
He has travelled widely and successfully multi-functioned in various capacities in diverse environments, building a broad portfolio including green field projects, retail engineering, business development from new market entry to revitalizing existing networks, sales, and petroleum and LNG marketing.
His expertise also include business development, design and development of strategies for achieving long term organizational goals, and competitiveness to create edge over other players; capital project planning, execution and delivery; capability development programs; design and development of training modules; delivery of projects in a safe environment; and management of operations of retail network.
Azam Jamil has more than 40 years of experience in management, marketing, training and development. Apart from spending over two decades in the hospitality industry, he has been the Marketing Director for Berger Paints and Executive Director of Colony Sarhad Textile Mills and Suhail Jute Mills Ltd.
He recently retired as the Corporate Director of Training & Development (South & Central Asia) at Serena Hotels, following a 10-year stint as Corporate Head of Sales & Marketing.
He has been involved with training for over two decades and has been part of the visiting faculty at Colorado Mountain College, Greenwich University, NUST, International Islamic University, School of Business & Commerce, The Pakistan Air Force, Aga Khan Development Network, UNESCO, The Government of Pakistan and the Pakistan Institute of Management.
He is also regularly invited to conduct training sessions at multinational companies like Nestlé, Unilever, British American Tobacco, Aga Khan Hospital and the Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital.
Anita is a development professional and trainer with over 25 years of experience in the field of international development and training. She has a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership and Management. She is also a certified psychotherapist and lecturer.
She is a Dutch national and co-founder and director of Family Educational Services Foundation (FESF), a nonprofit educational organisation that specialises in Youth Empowerment, Training and Development, Deaf Education, disability rights and inclusion.
Her expertise lie in Business and Community Development, Training and Capacity Building of corporate staff, teachers and parents. She has conducted courses in counseling skills, communication, leadership, youth empowerment and professional development of teachers.
Umair is an accomplished young professional with an honours degree in Economics and Social Sciences who started his career as a Human Resource Generalist at Nurpur Foods.
Umair’s extraordinary analytical skills have earned him recognition from ECO Member States as a “Young Scholar” and he has associations with AIESEC, CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants), ISRER (Institute for Scientific Research on Economic Reforms) and BRA (Banking and Regulations Agency in Ankara).
